The Tula plant has received another order for a small pre-engineered single-pitched two-story office 24W x 24L x 4/3H in Tula, Russia. The steel frame was designed based on HYBRID technology (a combination of red-iron metal and LSF system_cold-formed profiles) The load on the interfloor overlap is up to 300 kg / sq.m. The column grid on the first floor is 6x6. The second floor is single-span. Non-combustible sandwich panels are used on the outside (100 mm on the walls and 150 mm on the roof). A flat parapet is used at the building ends to create the effect of a flat roof. The designers placed the largest glass facades on each floor.
